What areas do you cover?

Knights Airconditioning covers the whole of Hertfordshire, including Watford, plus north, north west and central London. That runs from Royston and Bishop's Stortford in the north east, across to Tring and Chorleywood in the west, and south through Barnet and Camden into the West End and the City of London.

Do you charge extra to travel to London?

Accepted Answer

No. We quote the same way wherever you are in our coverage area. London work is planned into our regular rounds rather than treated as a special trip, so there is no separate call-out or congestion surcharge in our quotes.

How quickly can you get to me?

Accepted Answer

It depends on distance from our Stevenage base. Towns within about 20 minutes, such as Hitchin, Knebworth, Welwyn Garden City and Baldock, are usually same or next day. Watford, St Albans and most of north London are typically 24 to 48 hours. Emergency cover is available 24/7 for maintenance contract clients.

Very likely yes. We list the towns we work in most often, but we cover the villages and smaller settlements between them too. If you are anywhere in Hertfordshire or north, north west or central London, call us and we will confirm straight away.
